Return Policy

 

Tights are a hygiene-sensitive product. Unused and unopened, we'll work with you. Worn, we can't, and that's true across the industry, not just here.

 

What we accept

We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. 

If there's a verified quality issue, damaged packaging on arrival, manufacturing defect, or wrong item sent, we'll also cover the return shipping and refund you. 

 

Return window

14 days from delivery. Email hello@stria.co.uk with your order number and reason. If it's a quality issue, include photos. A real person reads every email and will reply within 2 business days.

 

Costs

Two different situations:

Quality issue (damaged, defective, or wrong item)

  • Return shipping: we cover it
  • Restocking fee: none
  • Refund: full, to original payment method

Change of mind (unused and unopened, but not a fault)

  • Return shipping: your responsibility, use a tracked service to our London location
  • Restocking fee: 25% of the original item price, deducted from your refund
  • Refund: remaining balance, to original payment method within 3 working days of us receiving and inspecting the item

 

How to start a return

  • Email us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, reason, and photos if it's a quality issue
  • We'll confirm whether it's approved and send return instructions
  • Ship it back using a tracked service
  • Refund issued within 3 working days of receipt

Please don't send anything back without contacting us first, unrequested returns can't be processed.

 

A note on sizing

We understand some returns come down to sizing. Our size guide exists specifically to prevent this. It takes about a minute and has a solid track record.
